Bank Transfer Payments

We accept payments via direct bank transfer.

How it works:

1. Place your order with Klarity Research.
2. You will receive our bank details at checkout or via order confirmation.
3. Make payment using your reference provided (this ensures your order is correctly matched).
4. Once funds have cleared and arrived in the Klarity Research account, your order will be processed and dispatched.

Important notes:

• Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received in full.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 working days to clear, depending on your bank.
• Please ensure the correct payment reference is used to avoid delays.

Stripe Payments (Card Payments)

We use Stripe, a globally trusted and fully encrypted payment processor, to handle card payments securely.

How it works:

1. Select Stripe at checkout.
2. Enter your card details via Stripe’s secure payment gateway.
3. Payment is processed instantly.
4. Once payment is confirmed, your order is automatically approved for dispatch.

Security assurance:

• Klarity Research does not store or see your card details.
• All payments are protected using industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention systems.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Dispatch occurs once payment has cleared (bank transfer) or is instantly confirmed (Stripe).
• You will receive confirmation once your order has been approved for shipping.
